character design tosbuyer/commissioner must pay within 24 hours (without hold discussed) or the slot/design will be put back up for sale.✹ owners of my designs can change the design however they see fit (gender, species, markings, colors, etc)✹ i will allow edits of the actual character/design art (drawing over, color shift/hues, etc) as long as the original file/art is kept visible and credited.
🠮 this is not an invitation to use my art as a base, nor can you make multiple new unrelated designs using my art.✹ my designs can be traded or gifted.✹ my designs can be re-sold, but only for their original price unless there is extra art (unless you are adding (non-commissioned) art with the sole intent of jacking up the price). This is something I can't strictly enforce but if it becomes a problem then said user can be blacklisted from my future designs.
